LeFevre Funk Architects Inc. is a design oriented firm providing comprehensive Architectural Services located in the heart of Lancaster city. LFA was formed in 2002 when M. Melanie LeFevre, with over 34 years of experience in architectural practice, including sixteen years as Principal, joined in partnership with M. Steven Funk to create a new and dynamic full service Architectural firm. The firm has grown to include Tammie B. Fitzpatrick, who joined the firm in 2006. Our studio environment provides for an intense, collaborative design approach to each project. We share a commitment to design excellence, technical expertise and thorough project management.

LFA has completed a diverse range of commercial and residential projects, including new facility design, renovations, master planning and feasibility studies, sustainable design and historic preservation / adaptive reuse. The key to our successful management of multiple concurrent projects is our proven ability to provide personal service focused upon individual project parameters, maintaining distinction of each and responding with appropriate design solutions. We rely on concise communication and comprehensive programming and site analysis to provide our clients with responsive design solutions.

We appreciate the relationships we have developed with our clients. The majority of our work is the result of long-term client relationships and referrals. Our client base includes both public and private sector agencies and developers. We serve diverse markets including: Office Facilities, Commercial and Retail Facilities, Restaurant and Hospitality, Multi-family, Elderly and Special Needs Housing, Facilities for Community-based Organizations, Transportation Facilities, Educational Facilities and Healthcare.
